Are your watches authentic?
Yes! All our watches are 100% authentic and come directly from authorized distributors or the brands themselves. Each watch includes original packaging and a manufacturer’s warranty.

How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite watch, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase using our secure payment options.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship only within Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:
- Domestic orders: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time.
Exchange & Return
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-dayreturn policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@northtickwatches.ca with your order number.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically lasting 12 months, depending on the brand. Warranty only covers the internal watch movement.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Battery life
- Natural wear and tear (case, lens, strap, crown)
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or service
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or force majeure
- Damage due to incorrect use or failure to follow the user manual
- Claims without a valid guarantee card or proof of purchase
Do you offer watch repair or battery replacement?
We don’t currently provide in-house repairs, but we can guide you to authorized service centers based on your watch brand and location.
